CII Conference on 6th & 7th Aug'08 & participation of MSR

It seems great to be representing MSR IT Solution(http://www.msrlimited.com/) at the Conference called forth by CII where renowned corporate big shots were invited in the networking meeting.

Topics of discusions in the first day was:

• Indian Pugmark in Global Economy where Roopen Roy(Deloitte MD,ex PwC Chairman), Koushik Chatterjee(CFO-Tata Steel), Yogen Singh(Director,PwC-Netherlands)spoke elaborately on strategic consultancy and talent management and its prospect in India
• Innovation-Major Enabler whereby Aniruddha Lahiri(President-Chatterjee International), Harsh Manglik(Chairman&MD-Accenture), Baru S Rao(CEO-Capgemini), Raman Roy(MD-Quatrro BPO Solutions Pvt Ltd), Shantanu Ghosh(Senior VP-Genpact), D Shivakumar(VP&MD-Nokia), Raj Mruthyunjayappa(MD-Talisma Corp),Barun P Lala(Country Manager-HP) spoke on the different innovative ideas & methodologies, inspiring to ACT(A=Awareness Creation, C=Cultivating Innovation, T=Time)
• Human Resource discussed by Sanjay Jha(Exec. Director-Dale Carnegie India), Mohit Mehra(Hewitt Associates), Jeff Ross(Director-Assessment Tomorrow) established that fixed assets depreciates but human assets appreciates & the major identifier to check attrition is to build up an inspiring work culture.

• And Last but most important person :Mr. Mark Kobayashi-Hillary -a renowned & most popular personality who would like to present himself as a Chief Blogger -truly inculcated in us the thrilling spirit of global participation & how we can change the world by just being innovative & thinking beyond!
